Our policy for exchanges and Returns:

 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our earrings unless they are faulty. All earring purchases are final.

 

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on other items within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must they have been washed or show any signs of damage.

 

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the receipt of purchase. Your receipt can be printed from your original confirmation order email. Items must be returned at your own cost and must be sent in a traceable manner, as should the item go missing in the shipping process – we will not be held responsible should we not receive the returned item.

 

Shipping will not be refunded on returned orders and in the case of an exchange, shipping will be charged again to send it out.

Our Policy for Faulty Products 

 

We will accept returns for faulty product within 28 days of receipt of the goods for either exchange or refund (UK and International).

 

For a refund or exchange on a faulty product we will refund the original shipping fee. For exchange of faulty goods we will send the new product out with no additional shipping charge.

General wear and tear would not be covered by our returns policy.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

 

As soon as we receive the returned package we will process the refund. Your refund will appear in your account within 5-7 working days.

 

Back Orders

 

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you where this option exists. In the event the Product is sold out with no plans for replenishment we will advise you and arrange for an immediate refund. In either event you will always be contacted with the option to cancel or change your order if you would rather not wait.
